He came from a long line of military men and women, and it was no surprise when he enlisted in the British Army, eventually earning a coveted spot in the Special Air Service . During Operation Enduring Freedom, Seamus quickly distinguished himself on the battlefield. His relentless drive and ferocious combat style earned him the nickname Big Red. When the fighting was at its fiercest, Seamus would enter a berserk state, a nearly uncontrollable fury that made him a formidable force against the enemy. However, his tendency to lose control and his volatile temper often caused friction within his unit. Despite his undeniable skills and bravery, Seamus' unpredictable nature became a liability. After several incidents that put his comrades at risk, the SAS had no choice but to discharge him. Feeling betrayed and abandoned by the only family he had ever known, Seamus struggled with the sudden void in his life. It was during this turbulent period that Brutus appeared. Recognizing Seamus' raw potential and understanding the value of his unbridled aggression, Brutus saw an opportunity to channel that energy for a greater cause. He approached Seamus with an offer to join the Zero Tigers, a clandestine unit that operated on the fringes of conventional warfare, using advanced Q-tech and unconventional tactics to tackle the world's most dangerous threats. Intrigued by the chance to regain a sense of purpose and to belong to a new kind of brotherhood, Seamus accepted the offer. Brutus provided him with advanced training and equipment, allowing him to harness his berserk tendencies more effectively and focus his rage on their enemies. In the Zero Tigers, Seamus found a place where his ferocity was not only accepted but valued. Now, as a key member of the Zero Tigers and taking the name Gaius, he brings his unmatched combat prowess and fierce loyalty to every mission.
