Powers: Shiva's powers express in terms of a bright blue shimmer around whatever he is affecting, with a beam that emanates from his hands as he directs the alteration of matter. Shiva's control of matter takes a few moments to look stable while he is affecting it until it takes full effect. When he uses his power, there is an overwhelming aura of jasmine. |
