| Appearance Regeri are most commonly males with a fair amount of youth. In combat, they dress in all black and they can be identified by their Russian prison tattoos, their members are recruited exclusively from ex-felons and the most hardened criminals. They have noticable implant scars, but often gang members will disguise their implant scars with external scars and tattoos. In combat, their eyes are enlarged and their have a feral, bestial appearance that makes them almost seem like werewolves. |
