| Appearance Physical: Laetitia maintains a very youthful appearance, belying her age. She still resembles a college-age woman of athletic build and demeanor. Neostar dresses in oranges, reds, and yellows almost exclusively. This is because of her disadvantages with vision, but Laetitia has been known to go "all black" in her formal wear. Powers: Neostar exudes a natural level of sunlight and UV, which while dangerous at high levels, actually draws friends to be near her because she helps maintain their natural tans. Her powers are bright and can be blinding if bystanders are not prepared for it, similar to looking at lights in a baseball stadium. |

| ORACLE Notations for Daedalus Authorized Personnel Only: Neostar's protection of children has become an issue on more than one occasion, and in fact, is the reason for all of her criminal charges. The team is aware of her protective nature, and while Agent Exemplar at one time discouraged including her on missions that might "trigger" her, it actually had a more disrupting effect. There is an interesting phenomenon in that Neostar has almost the same power set as her sister, the late Brightstar. This precludes some level of genetic impact on Quasar power expression. | |
