| Appearance Hasnaa is a well-known figure in African politics, having married one of the top generals of Rwanda. She dresses to show her money and prominently displays her Western cultural style. Storm Bringer, in Quasar form, transforms into a much younger persona dressed in gold and blue, although the actual styling of her costume changes to match current stylings, often mimicking the more popular female Western Quasars. Her voice is powerful, and transmits from anywhere in a storm she controls or generates. |

| BINAJ Notations for Daedalus Authorized Personnel Only: Mshambulizi is an interesting case in the ability to maintain a criminal background but yet legally stay out of trouble. Out of the rare reports of individuals seeing her at sites of crimes, those witnesses have either changed their stories or disappeared. She is in good standing as a member of the Rwandan government, empowered to act as liaison for their President. She often travels with their President, Uwamahoro Sumbaro and is considered a dangerous participant in any diplomatic events. She has a preference for the Western societies and cultures, and often invites celebrity guests to her palacial mansion in Kigali. Her handiwork has been identified in a number of high-profile deaths, including several cleansing operations where hundreds of people were found mysteriously asphixiated. She often works with the Children of a Thousand Daemons, using them to great effect in return to political protection and sponsorship from Rwanda. With her powers and influence, Uganda and Burunda and Malawi are intimidated to support Rwandan policies. Mshambulizi is openly outspoken against the Soaring Wings and Rwanda's President has stated that if they are found in Rwanda, they will be treated as state enemies and killed. Mshambulizi is the terrible avenging hand of Sumbaro and there she is a great source of fear when she appears with her storm enhanced form. | |
