| ORACLE Notations for Daedalus Authorized Personnel Only: Mother Impisi, or Mother Hyena as she is known in English speaking worlds, was part of a special unit being created by the Kenyan government in 2003 when she was involved in the attack by Team Liberty that led to the deaths of many of her friends and allies. Team Liberty intended to destroy all of the Impisi Squad, a military force being created by Kenyan scientists, but instead of destroying all of them, they destroyed a major portion of the facility and lost several key researchers and subjects. It was shortly after this event that Mother Impisi was first spotted, and it was a few months after her first appearance than the Impisi Clan began to strike against US-friendly politicians and organizations. Since then, she has waged a guerilla war against a wide variety of individuals, including engaging in numerous conflicts with the Soaring Wings. However, her ability to hide amongst the native animal population has made it impossible to completely eradicate her. She has several dozen safehouses and laboratories located throughout jungles and savannas of South Africa. | |
