Killblood hired Fillippe as an assassin, but instead utilized him in his Quasar-creation experiments. After controlling him for a few weeks and using him for his own means, Fillippe developed a resistance to Killblood's blood-borne influence and has since worked on his own as an agent for DESPIRUS. | |
