Powers: Ler's lapinokinesis works specifically on rocks, but few scientists can determine how it works in terms of physics. Some scientists theorize is a selective gravitational control, tied to quantum connection between similar elements, hence he can control items that were once materially of the earth. His lightning whip, however, is loud and crackles menacingly when it is about to strike. |
