| Appearance Tadeo is an attractive man with an obvious South American style and appearance. He dresses in nice suits, always in black, and rarely wears white, as it shows the constant if not very minor diffusion of blood that constantly emantates from his body. He has an elegant accent and is a man who can speak with authority or show remarkable compassion, even when using his powers. He has a ruthlessly handsome smile that doesn't change at all even when he is inducing the blood to drain from a screaming victim. He dresses in a custom-designed red combat suit when he expects trouble, but in most cases when he is using his powers it is often from the cover of shadow and in disguise. |

Killblood has a need to feed on human blood, although less in the classical vampiric sense and more in the ghoulish sense that he relies on blood to fuel his powers. It has been verified that he is an all-receptive phenotype and has immunity to all blood-borne illnesses. When facing him, be aware that he can use his powers through proxies and has been known to do so to attack first responders. He is one of the rare villains to use a sidearm and is very proficient in its effective use. He developed the Q-implant technologies after betraying the Comando Vermelho, who obtained the Q-tech through several high-profile operations. Killblood was brought on board to help adapt the stolen Deva project Q-implant to specific Comando leaders. Instead, he betrayed them and kept the Deva implant for himself. His scientific and medical skills should not be doubted, as it takes a great deal of skill and luck to induce a successful paroxysm on oneself with an implant that requires a spinal connection. In relation to AEGIS Classified - UNCOS GDPR Reg D4837c02B, AEGIS has allowed classified dissemination of the identity of Sandra Pimentel. She is Killblood's ex-wife and she is also a physician, but she only has a limited knowledge of his criminal endeavors, having known about his family criminal enterprises before Killblood's transformation. She left him because of what may have been other personal issues and does not know of his Quasar abilities. AEGIS directive is to maintain her protected status but to do so without informing her of Killblood's Quasar abilities. |
