| ORACLE Notations for Daedalus Authorized Personnel Only: Jade Emperor is one of the few Alphas. An Alpha is an Ace who augments the powers of those in his team and can, at his will, disengage the powers of one his team members. Jade Emperor is an absolute authoritarian, using his expertise in law to spuriously find any action illegal or immoral. While this is considered a compulsively annoying behavior by those in the Chinese government, it is tolerated because Jade King is an Alpha and a major force. The Shen are considered more of an enforcement branch for the Chinese rather than an AEGIS ally. And while they have conditional arrangements with AEGIS, they are rarely called upon except in situations where they would have direct governmental interaction. |
