| ORACLE Notations for Daedalus Authorized Personnel Only: Electric Arrow has the ability to absorb, expel, and manipulate electricity but lacks the finer control of some other heroes who can do so on computerized levels. His powers are limited until he is struck with great electrical voltage, at which point he absorbs it as a defense and consumes it. He can also steal electrical powers from other electrical-based heroes. Electric Arrow is a very noble celebrity, always taking time for fans and helping citizens. His lack of lethality is a big bonus for Quantek on a PR side, but it is a liability to Quantek's effectiveness as a combat resource. As a side note, Electric Arrow is a big crowd pleaser with his Presence attack, transforming all local speakers and electronic devices into a single loud voice. The owners of these devices, however, are not such a big fan of this trick, as it tends to blow out circuits and fragile electronics. | |
