| ORACLE Notations for Daedalus Authorized Personnel Only: Chimera was one of the early Chinese projects with Q-implants and Quasars. He was implanted and his body crippled horribly by the paroxysm, so he was relegated to a hospice facility. However, in spite of languishing for several years near death, he did not die. Instead, he rehabilitated himself, hiding his progress from the staff. It was not until he had attempted to escape that his adrenaline kicked in and his implant went into full hyperexpression, leading to his current form. Since then, he has continued to study the martial arts much as he did before, and it seems as though his powers are extensions of his pre-Q skill sets and philosophies. | |
