| Appearance Physical: Physically, nobody knows what Black Thunder looks like in human form. In beast form, Black Prey is a large, bipedal panther with graceful, fast movements and unnaturally powerful claws. He moves with an instinctual grace and speed that allows him to dodge ranged attacks with alarming reliability. Black Prey's claws are solid black and look like polished obsidian, and much harder than a normal animal's claws. |

| ORACLE Notations for Daedalus Authorized Personnel Only: Black Thunder has put in a number of appearances, but AEGIS Intelligence has very few clues as to his human persona. He has, so far, been very good about avoid obvious cameras, but the profile is assumed to be a man of African origin, based on his initial appearances in Zambia, South Africa, and Nigeria. It is assumed he had to spend some time learning to control his powers, as the frequency of his attacks and appearances were unpredictable and localized at first, and later coincided with operations with other Quasar groups. | |
